Joni sent Sage to the left, had a nice fetch going and then one broke off, Joni saved it, made the fetch panel, on the run, wide turn sheep are just running made the pannel but sheep are running to the set out. Out of sight, dq sage got the sheep and is bringing them to set out.

Sent log left, tight, stopped short, sheep aren't moving know we are going on line, little off to the right, made the fetch gate, on line, wide turn, sheep wanting the exhaust, trouble getting the drive away going, made the drive away panel, wobbly cross drive but made the panel, nice to the pen, looking in the pen, one popped out, gripped, DQ

Ken Hitchcox and Ariel

Ken sent left, nice outrun, stopped short and redirected, lifting left, running left now running down the field back to the fetch line made the panel, still running dog well off, wide and running to set out know on the fence, know almost in with the judges, one fatty is huffing back on the drive away line, trying to break again back on breaking again dog took a bad flank, made the panel wide turn, low on the cross drive one broke away, in the fence, blk face ewe. dq

Nice wide deep outrun to the right, nice lift, little off line to the left but not bad, thru the fetch panel, nice bottom fetch, nice turn a little wide and now they are off on the drive away one ewe is pulling left, nicely thru the panel, made ehe cross drive panel, fat sheep, excellent pen. 152, 291.5

Ron Green and Chavo on course

Ron is sending right. chavo is going out nice and wide. came up short, lifted straight and then went left, still off line left and running made the panel. sheep are offline funning on the bottom wide around the post know stopped, nice drive away staight thur the panel, wide turn, having a little trouble lining out the cross drive, battery is down to 35%, sheep just won't line out, made the panel, nice 3rd leg. Sheep are at the mouth, now facing the dog, looking in he pen, they're in. 115.5

Suzy Applegate and Hope

Suzy sent left, Hope is nice and wide, and deep, over ran a bit, lifted left, sheep are not grouping well, now the are back on line, blk face not playing well, I think she missed the panel, nice bottom of the fetch, little jumpy around the post, drive away is good, made the panel, wide turn back on line fro the cross drive, nice cross drive, right thru the panel, tight turn, great pen. 132.5, 260

Amanda and Dorey are up

Amanda sent left, nice fetch so far, missed the fetch panels left, sheep are running, little off line on the bottom of the fetch, nice turn at the post, little off to the right on the drive away now online, 3 thru the panel, cross drive is high, now they look on line high, missed the panel, nice 3rd leg, DQ, sheep took off and gripped.

Scott Glen and Bliss are up

Shauna got one score, 51. Scott is set up for a come bye out run. One of the set out sheep took off to set out, Scott is waiting for another set. They are bringing out the sheep again. Sheep are set. Nice wide outrun, very deep. Nice stopped at 12, shifted to the left a bit, nice lift, sheep seem a little touchy, facing off a bit, wobbly on the top of the fetch. Scott is working hard to keep them on line, made the fetch panel, nice bottom of the fetch, little wide on the turn. nice drive away, nice turn, coming low on the cross drive, fixing, heading high, high missed the panel, nice leg to the pen, one in, got it. 140.5, 268.5

Sent left, wide outrun, tight and hard on the lift Sheep broke left hard, trying to get them back on line, made the fetch panel, bottom of the fetch looks good dog way off the sheep. wide turn off line to the right on the drive away, on line, drive away looks good. off line to the right, thru the panels decent turn, cross drive looks good, right thru the panels decent turn little off to the pen but not bad, pen is difficult, sheep don't want to go in, black faced b... broke to the back, nice save, time. Terry sent left. Nice wide, deep outrun. She stopped him short, lifting nice straight on line, nice thru the panels, nice fetch. Bit of stand off at the drive away, zig zagging drive away. Right thru the center of panel, Little wide on the turn, cross drive looks nice, Right thru, nice turn, nice 3rd leg, dog went after the sheep but did not grip, just messed them up, almost gripped again, Time. 146, 271

Sent right, nice outrun, on line on the fetch, straight thru the panels, sheep a little fast, around the post the wrong way, fixed now a little wide around the post, right on the drive away, now on line looks good drive away thru the panels, good on the cross drive looks high, high and missed the panel fast to the pen, around the back of pen, pen is a mess, dog is to hard and to fast, over the rope, dog is hot, time. 113.5, 247

Llona had a 104.5. Looks lie Lee is sending left, nice big outrun, hard lift, broke left, off line left, nice bottom half of fetch nice tight around the post, little stop and start on the drive away, now thru the panels, sheep are wanting to pull high, straight thru the cross drive panel. Nice 3rd leg, calmly to the pen, right in the mouth, one poped out then 3 now they are going in, pen. 122

Stopping just a hair short, but walking straight down the fetch line, breaking right, now left, thru the fetch bottom of the fetch looks good so far, Little wide around the post, off line to the drive away to the left, back on line, now right off, then left 3 thru, wide turn, wobbly on the cross drive, high low, right thru the panels wide turn bad last let going to the pen, not wanting to pen, time

Nursery finals

Lyle Lad is up with Lucky. Waiting for sheep to be set. At the post, Sent left Nice wide outrun, sheep are set well. Stopped short but nice lift and nice fetch going. Perfect line to the fetch panels, straight thru, perfect line. Pretty nice arounc the post then one ewe broke back but Lucky covered it well. pretty nice drive awaythru the panel, little wide on the turn but on line on the crossrive a little low at the panel, correctecd nicely thru the panel. Nice final leg of the drive. Not penning easily. At the mouth, looking in but just standing, now the are looking at the dog. Close, , penned. score: 154

Nursery

Sorry guys, I did not get to the field as soon as I had planned. Got rerouted due to a fire so that cost me at least half an hour. By the time I got my VIP pass and talked to a couple of people Nursery was done. I got to see 2 Open runs. I will try to do better tomorrow but it will depend on my broadband.

2012 National Sheepdog Finals

I am going up to the Finals tomorrow. I will try to Blog the Nursery runs. I probably won't get there until 1:00 or so but, I will do what I can. Hopefully AT&T works.
